Worse yet would be a negative news announcement. Hope that their 85MW substation is in fact complete, that their targeted time frame to "energize" is accurate and that regulatory bodies aren't in the way. The EFN coinicidence is hard to ignore, but think trading would have resumed by now. A buyout is certainly possible. The delay indicates some level of due diligence or investigation.
