RE:Clarification ?Yeah, I think so too. What are the odds that it doesn't go through though and that ICC will go up after or a sweeter deal comes along? That's my dilema..... Sell it all and buy ACB, sell half...

There are 138milliion share I believe and af Float of 97 million. 29% of the voting shares are already decided in favor.
