And now we are pushing into mid October. This management team is the slowest I've ever seen. And there's a lack of transparency here - there's no way that these delays should not have been shared with investors - what they are, and WHY. We're not talking weeks, we're talking 9 months that they've been singing the tune of being nearly done. Either they have no idea what is going on at that facility, or are in way over their heads.
