RE:LISTEN TO "realfacts420"In order for the Doc to get his shares in the first place, does he not have to complete one of two conditions 1) Get the company listed on Nasdaq or 2) get the company a deal with a nasdaq listed company? 
The idea that he completed one of those two big accomplishments, which would increase the share price significantly and is now selling, wouldnt make sense either. 

I would hope nobody investing money in anything is that gullible. Good post!
