I agree. Options should be performance reward. They should not be given away. They can redeem them tomorrow if the performance is good enough, or never if not. Price should also be significantly higher, especially if there was actually a previous buyout offer from Probe much higher than 5 cents.
Management starting to give a bad vibe by this action.
