RE:RE:RE:CEM's MDandA is now available on SEDARThis may be a good time to pick up some cheap shares.  The 14.7 Mil share pvt pl (1sh 68c+1 wt--$1 good for 2 yrs) closed May 30 and the 4 mo hold period would have ended Oct 1.  There were 34 placees.  Electrum bought 8.8 mil shs, JT bought 1.5mil, Altius bought ?, and 3 CEM management bought minor amounts.  This leaves 28 placees buying 4.2 mil shs, or about 10% CEM float.  Someone may want to sell.
