We get financial news in two ways, good or bad, through quarterly reports, and court decisions. We get growth (or shrinkage) news from NR's. Settlement news is simply by way of notification. That's the way it works, and the best way for this type of business. You'll just have to like it or lump it. It's the nature of the beast.
