I think the cobalt juniors are dead for a couple years at least, none are making any real headway to get financing and these goals of being able to produce in early 2020's (a date that is constantly thrown around) are not looking likely at all.

KAT on the other hand is a different story, its about as far from a junior as you can possibly be in the copper/cobalt space. if the current pace of this ramp-up continues then it will be generating massive positive cashflow in 2019. IMHO primary risk being the DRC gets thrown into disarray with the upcoming elections (a very real possibility) but I don't think there is any major Katanga specific risk.
