RE:Namaste is garbageDude if everyone filed their own class action, then what would be the purpose?  Everyone would just be an individual litigant.  You ask to be INCLUDED in one.  But I think to qualify you need a certain numerosity to be approved to proceed.  At that point, it takes a long time if it ever can get traction...  mainly for the lawfirm to make money from it.   

But the 8 of them seem to have many many on the books underway including Tesla...  so its obvious they play that game and its funny they happened to be prepared to launch it the moment an article was written...
