The sooner the better of course, but they just submitted the application at the beginning of July and the Office of Controlled Substances only has a 50% success rate at making approval decisions within their stated "service standard" period of 180 days.

Even the base 6 months period could easily put the decision date into the first week of January 2019. We haven't even seen a news release about their inspection yet, and virtually all companies applying for cannabis licenses announce their inspections, typically a day or two after it happens.

Don't even get me started on whether the shift from the medical marijuana regime NSP applied under to full recreational regulation might also introduce delays into the application, inspection and approval process...
