Nikg92: Differences to your valuation are as follows:
- OS 488M
- Monthly Gold Production is the same
- Annual Gold Production is Monthly x 12 (not x6)
- G&A downsized to $10M, was just $5M so far

Total Gold to be Recovered is 5M oz instead of 3M oz,
I detailed this in an extra sheet. It is based upon:

- PR'ed Gold production on 60m3 167t: 35,000oz or 59%
- 4 zones x 3m x 3m x 2000m = 72,000 m3
- Assuming High Density Occurrence of 12% only
- Resulting in 5M oz
