RE:News. PP and change to board of directorsVery quick close on PP. News release talks of  “ strategic acquisitions “. I suspect any acquisitions are long into discussion and any financial transaction to close on any acquisition may be as quick as the PP closing.  Now we see why the share price has been contained for a couple weeks.
