I believe we've had numerous people contact IR and Edward Miller is saying that "Sales with the partner will commence in 2018, and the OTC pharma partnership announcement will come in 2019..." So I guess you're callign Edward Miller a liar then, or maybe something changed coming down the pipe. Either that or maybe we're talking a serious of typos in email correspondence. Either way if this doesn't happen pre within the next 12 days, then Mr Guy Chamberland and Mr. Miller have some explaining to do. 

I personally expect the announcement "before legalization" if that doesn't happen we can plan for yet another Tetra NR announcing when they "intend to announce the partnership".
