Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

MomentumMan wrote: Thanks GoBlue. Some fantastic looking buds and glad to see a master grower with passion and a positive attitude! Happy to see they are busy testing possible future strains. Curious if it was discussed if any broken coast strains or testing of strains will make it to Double Diamond or Aphria One? My understanding is that Broken Coast has the largest genetic library of strains out of all the growers in Canada. I guess I am in the hopes that the genetic library will be leveraged for strains that may grow well in a greenhouse environment back in Leamington. Thanks again.

last I was at Aph1 I asked that q and I asked Kevin if he thought he had strains that will work well in a greenhouse. He said yes.

At Ph1:  yes, but keep in mind they’d have to prove out the strain and it takes a year.

Good news is rec ramp will be gradual due to lousy distribution infrastructure in provinces.  And they closed on them in calendar Q1. So they may have some of those genetics as they ramp.

Spent some time in Niagara Falls this week with Aph Diamond. A VERY confident crew.

Next week spending time with TLRY, ACB, Cronos, Auxly and Aph.  Looking forward to it.

I’ll chat about it a week or so from now in our podcast. Post event.

Glad you liked the video. I advanced screened it in Higher Limits Thursday night in Windsor. Three SH community members attended.  It was great to see their interest.
