ACI

ACI
I checked on Friday and see the notice for the new ACI issue. I was tempted to put in an "Expression of Interest". I decided to wait until this week sometime, for two reasons: One was that I don't like that the price isn't set. It's a range. If I was in a store and they had a widget I was interested in purchasing, and when I asked the price, they said its between $16 and $20, and we'll tell you some time later, after you provide us with unequivocal assurance you'll buy, I would either leave, or say call me when you know. That leads me to the 2nd. reason: Is an expression of interest, a firm commitment to purchase? It isn't to my mind. To me, that means when the final details and price are sorted, I will be one of the investors asked if I'll be willing to lock in. But is that the case, or not?
