After reading this sounds like major battery production and supplier needs to be in the u.s.a ,so s a f t would not be in the game and the military may set up their own production facility or closely source it ,totally non reliant on foreign production,so sourcing in North America is the most secure way for the military ,maybe this doesn’t stop there, could us military be looking at producing more of there stuff ,think like Donald they have the labour so why not build your own ,think of the money they would save by doing this . Just a thought
