Yep, exactly what is going on. Have seen this many time when TSX is closed for holiday and OTC is open. When adults are away the children play. No news and pure manipulation walkdown of sp--meaningless other than for those who are scared into foolishly selling their shares. But it also could be meaningful for American longs who take advantage of the manipulators and pick up the low priced shares--did exactly that with a sale-priced 10,000 shares the morning.
