RE:RE:RE:perfect time to buyYou're looking at naked shorts which is a completely different thing.  From Sept. 17th to Oct. 1st the percentage of total trades shorted was 9.7% which is the lowest for this year.  The only accurate short data comes in 2 week intervals.
