I have noticed

I have noticedWhen Canadian weed stocks go up, USA plays go down, when Canadian sticks are down USA weed stocks go up.  Very strange.  Noticed it a few times.   When Canadian weed stocks plummet.  We go down on the hard slide with them.  But only the big drops.  All I can think is shuffling of money in and out of Canadian plays.  It’s like clockwork.
