RE:The long wait

RE:The long waitMorning Notmyfirstrodeo, your first question “why did they take so long to close the deal” Most junior companies take longer that anticipated closing a deal for one reason or the other, yes it can be frustrating but it's the norm.

I agree with you 100% that the software on its own is a lame deal… And if that’s all AMS got then were going down with the ship! However in saying that and this is only my opinion there is more than just software in this deal.

Before I answer your other questions, as a small cap investor / analyst with years of experience in the small cap market, I can’t emphasis if enough you need lots of tool in your tool box to play the game and DD being the number one tool!

So lets look at Green Rush Consulting (GRC) for a minute, as a consulting company ask yourself... why would they give up their software for that’s the main stay of their consulting business. Second with a little DD (follow the link below) why would GRC add a new link to their website “ODDYSEEGreen rush Consulting’s new business plan and project management software solution… clicking on the link takes you to the last AMS press release. And lastly during a halt buy / ask mean absolutely nothing.

In closing playing small caps is the highest risk with the highest gains and that’s why I invest in them… I say keep your head up, keep treading water after all we’ll know in a few month if we sink or swim… MHO were coming out on top.

Seems a fairly lame deal at that. Some software that is probably one of many and was never mentioned until they went for the change of business. Makes me think that they grabbed the first thing they could get to do the change of business and do a PP.
Second I’m wondering how long until this new company makes any money and when will the SP go up. I watched some of the other companies go through the change of business and even though the stock was halted the bids kept going up and in some cases the SP was double when they started trading. Not so much AMS, the bids dropped after they announced their lame deal and were halted.
I don’t expect any answers to these questions, they are rhetorical. This lame deal is most likely the only one they could close, if they manage to close it, and I’m pretty sure it was done out of desperation to start the change of business and attempt to raise some money. The BC Genetics deal is certainly not going to happen. As for ever making money on this stock there’s as much chance of that as Santa bringing me a new Porsche for Christmas.
