fpr all we know they are not getting anything done at this point
they may for all you k ow be sourcing funds to invest elsewhere.
a pharmaceutical company may not want to invest in ico today ....either way you and the other fools here have no idea what is going on behind closed doors

for allwe k ow they actually could have a deal inked but we have no idea so all your doing is wild speculation
