Its technology consists of Genoil Hydroconversion Upgrader (GHU), which converts sour (high sulfur), heavy hydrocarbon feed stocks into lighter oil with higher quality distillates for conventional refining. The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

No I am upset because the share price has no bearing on my ability to buy or sell. DK is the only one that can make that happen.

You havent sold, so you techinically arent up anything. Try and sell and you will drive the stock back down to 4 cents. The stock has had 5 rises to 7+ cents over the past 5 years on PR's of promises only to eventually slide back to 2 to 4 cents.

Not until the stock trades in the 10's of millions of shares and appreciates noticably will it make anybody stand up and take notice. Like the ASC, SEC, Multinationals, Energy Sector, etc, etc.

Like others on this board have already mentioned. The Emir's, Czars' and CHinese dictators of the world could apparently purchase GNO with their bellybutton lint if they wanted. Yet we dont see them buying any shares at all. Nor do we see them press releasing "THEMSELVES" about these MOU's LOI's Testing results and the like.

Like Boris says.... the next few weeks (maybe a month or two) will be the tell tale of whether this companies patented technologies will ever see the light of day and whether we can trust any further PR's. PERIOD!!!

You are an absolute moron if you even have to question if we want the shareprice to go up.
