RE:RE:RE:Azvalor Asset still buyingOh ... I 100% agree with your statement "long time to figure out and fix what's going on". This trading behaviour has been going on for months including an unexplained historical 8M share TSX trade, with no insider filing, by IR. IR indicated no knlowledge of the trade. Then the latest mysterious 10M share trade not recorded on the TSX.
I would replace the word "conclusive" with "collusion". Todays trading was pre-arranged with a nice rock bottom price. With GMT Capital being dorment over the past few months while the PPS slides below book value, I predict GMT Capital stepped in and picked up the rest of the over hang. I have no proof - just scpeculation
I haven't a clure who the owner is of the shares. I know CI Cambride has been divesting themelves of MND. Their 10% holder status, and reporting requirement, disapperweed ealrly in the year. So, the 10M shares, purchased from Azvalor Asset Management, most likely came from CI Cambridge. IF CI Cambridge was the only one dumping over the last 6 months, why didn't it stop by selling all the remaining shares to Azvalor given Azvalor continued to acculmulate after the 10M share purchase.
I suspect the remaining overhang of shares is from the former CEO or another source. So, did the former CEO start dumping shares after his departure from MND? What is the average PPS of his shares. Based on Azvalor's last insider purchase of a meager 62K shraes and the wall of shares at 14 to 15 cents, somebody was dumping shares into the market. The reasons could be many. The former CEO could be a wealthy man and have an axe to gring with the current executive teams.
All I know that todays trades looked arranged given my knowledge of level II over the past several months. I would like to know the houses that bought the shares.
