Looks like winds are going to only be the strength of a cat 1 once the storm moves that far inland, that's based off a cat 4 hitting the coast. Doubt the sturdy building they have operating there will be impacted much. Backup power, and water systems, metal roof, and by the looks of the photos no windows on a solid concrete warehouse type building. Hope it gives us a bit longer to build our positions at these levels though, most in the market place are still unaware of this gem.
