Future of MPVD indicator for synthetics and DB

Future of MPVD indicator for synthetics and DBI have been thinking about this.

If there was an offer for MPVD and Debeers did not get involed this would be onimous for the whole natual diamond business model.

With all the synergies and corporate saving Debeers would realize by owning GK out right, it makes no sense for them to let it pass.

At today's price for MPV Debeers would get this for a massive discount to the build cost. Why would anyone pass that up unless their future plans do not include smaller natural stones.

If Debeers does pass on this many of us will probably lose money. Over time all of us will have lost.
The reality though is the buyer is saving us from a horroble end thanks to synthetics.

Of course DB cannot initiate an offer as too many shares are held that would prevent an approval. Once in play that all changes.
