The Company is also engaged in other technologies, such as oil upgrading and recycling, water purification port technologies, well testing, and sand cleaning. The Company markets its technology to customers in the Middle East, Russia and China.

Do you have something directly from the Chinese bank that validates this. Sure, you may have an understanding and some prospective backing, but there is no financing document anywhere that solidifies this. Mostly, "if this, then that, supported by this, and backed by that".
