RE:Canaccord selling 200k warrants in the last two days

RE:Canaccord selling 200k warrants in the last two daysLove the theory, and love if you’re right, there’s just one flaw. There’s no acceleration clause on those warrants. The exercise price is $9 but that doesn’t mean people would exercise them. They would convert to ACB warrants at the takeover ratio.

Still a lot of cash on hand at TGOD though. Over $400 million. Most of it’s earnarked but the capacity and euro deals make sense for Aurora to own. They don’t have organic and the CBD business is great, along with the Denmark agreement. Jamaican is big too. It fits them perfectly. I’m sure TGOD management has kept it in mind when making these deals.

Cam leaving is still a confusing one to me though. It’s either they are severing the arrangement or Aurora is going to take them over. I’m guessing the latter.
