I agree the picture here is not as clear as one would like, however, from what I can see, insiders (or past insiders) have already sold tens of millions of shares and have a further 100,000,000 or more shares to go (ie over 1/3 of the float) so that's a pretty large iceberg to get out from under and there seems to be no end to the selling. So, I agree, in the short term (say 1 - 2 years) the share price will be going nowhere as long as these folks continue to use VIVO as their cash cow for whatever reason. Do I think they are deliberately compromising the smaller share holders - No - sadly, I just don't think we are even on their radar. Its all about taking the money and running by the looks of things.
