Choom Holdings Inc CHOOF

Choom Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based retail cannabis company, which is established as store networks in Canada. The Company’s Choom brand is inspired by Hawaii's Choom Gang, a group of buddies in Honolulu, who loved to smoke weed or, as the locals call it, Choom. The Choom Gang pursued a ‘live in the moment’ lifestyle and their energy has helped shape the Choom culture, which is rooted in the shared belief of cultivating time with friends. The Company is focused on delivering an elevated customer experience through its curated retail environments, offering a diversity of brands for Canadians across a national retail network. The Company operates through two segments: Retail Cannabis and Corporate Operations. The Company’s business strategy is to build retail cannabis chains, with locations across Canada in the provinces that allow for private retailers.

RE:Only 3 Trading days for Oct-17(Only ACB Recreational)

RE:Only 3 Trading days for Oct-17(Only ACB Recreational)I've been watching the insider trading reports
Last reports were filed on June 25 for the ACB financing and the last purchases by CHOO CEO

Seems strange that all insider buying (or selling) stopped once the ACB financing was done, maybe a blackout period for insider buying/selling since the ACB invesment??

could it also be possibie that CHOO has been limited in their ability to 'promote' effectively, they appear to be putting out the bare minimum of NRs

from early March until the announcement of the ACB financing CHOO did 17 NRs (avg of just over 1 NR per week)

Since the ACB financing CHOO has done 7 NRS ( less than 1 every 2 weeks), half as many NRs at a time when there should be more as we approach legalization and the start of CHOO retail strategy

I hope something is being negotiated that will put a smile on shareholders face, IMO retail is were the real value will be in the MJ sector and CHOO is supposed to be all about retail
