It is very clear, the stock price is being manipulated.  
I have seen this movie before, all it is going to accomplish is diluting everyone as the company wil have to do a financing at these low prices - may be even lower. They will have to.
It is really stupid to hammer the stock price and claim that you are concenred about the value of the stock.
It is now very clear more then ever that the concerned shareholders didn't really have anything at risk.
