So if im the ceo and i own 40 million shares i sell 20 million to a buddy at a huge premium forcing the share -price up and catching the odd novice investor but why would he buy your 1 million.



In this scenario he has no choice, hes just buying from the market, he cant pick and choose...but lets say griffin (but its not griffin cause hes not listed as selling)...lists 10million shares at 2.5cents and I also list 1mil at 2.5...he buys from both of us...so ya he may waste a bit more money accumulating some shares but thats part of the deal when u fund through the public market like this...

I am not privy to any additional insider info as I said before they cut me off from that over a year ago..they got fed up with my constant pressing for results and stopped talking to me...
