RE:Spending went up/ We all get that !!!!!It’s the scale of the spending increases as was pointed out to me on CEO.com.  I confirmed them in the financials
Q3/2017 vs Q3/2018
-wages up 1800% from 10k to 180k
-subcontractor fees went from 0 - 320k
-consulting fees went up over 100% to 225k
- travel went from 27k - 240k 
-Auto expenses 0 - 15k
-all other expenses went up exponentially as well 
However, revenue Is only up 20%.  
Q3/2017 had a profit of 66k. Q3/2018 had a loss of $1,200,000
New President and CEO from last year
Looks like funds were much better handled back then
