So many red flags in the original post.
1. Marlboro is a brand (ALTRIA IS COMPANY)
2. too many details...no way.
3. deal is already done....just waiting on announcement.
4. $28.50 is absolute lowest that I can see happening. That would be a very small equity position...anything larger would require bigger money.
5. spelling mistakes while trying to sound like a analyst...offer your opinion and speak in the first person...or state your source.
