RE:RE:RE:SETTING UP A GROUP OF SHAREHOLDERS

RE:RE:RE:SETTING UP A GROUP OF SHAREHOLDERS Very true Kevster..
But they gave Simba a longer lease on Life---------
From April 2015 to whenever it ceases to croak!!!  lol

Essel not only Committed US$250M on JV
but Gagan bought too many PP shares for debt consolidation
Debts that Dinning had incurred....
amd was not able to get funds via PP any longer

I am also pretty sure that the Millions of shares that Dinning
owns were in leu of salary...and who's paying his salary now?
What are they doing in Vancouver Office - Not a single NR has
been released in 2018 and the past share activity was claimed
as not aware of any such share price activity.  Can't TRUST these FOOLS !!!

EOM

ps..GoodLuck Kevster on your wise investment choice and unloading this crapola....

Sorry but I no longer hold a single Simba share now..I had a good year on the UK markets and was facing a large tax bill so I sold all these over a 4 month period to offset some of it with the losses here.. It just didn't make financial sense to keep holding when I had the chance to make the stock work for me financially..If I would have had any confidence I would have held but that has long since disappeared as soon as I realised we were been suckered and Essel had no intentions of following through with finance..It wasn't a easy decision even then because I had been a holder for years and invested a lot of time and money but sometimes you have to admit that it's gone wrong...I still don't know why they bought into Simba in the first place tbh..
