Where are we going???

Where are we going???Got the recommendation from ministers and I presume getting the permit for the ASR (with conditions) is just a formality, is it not?
- Zinc stockpiles are shrinking again, below 200K tons
- CEO buying shares --> skin in the game.  Rgrowden: any more updates on his buying, since the company changed name and stock symbol, the canadian insider web site has not info
- Large investor in RCF

WIth all of the above, the sp should be significantly higher I would think but market doesn't seem to think like me

I asked this question before and will ask again: can this company/mine be "stolen" from us common shareholders? For example, a comany XYZ maybe loosely affiliated with some of the larger shareholder(s) aproaches NorZinc and offers peanuts per share and the shareholder vote passes (affiliates overwhelm common retails). XYZ owns NZC/mine which is worth 1000s times more than what XYZ paid. The affiliated parties win and us common retail shareholders/bagholders are left with peanuts for our pain and suffering over the years. Anyone knowledgeable cares to comment?
