RE:Help me UnderstandYou have brought up some great points Honeypot.  I think the short answer is simply that the Market has little to NO faith in management.  The current senior staff were all picked by the previous CEO and so have similar management strategies and priorities.  The same is true for the BoD.  For this to break upwards there needs to be a MAJOR change in both Management and the BoD - even oil at over $75.00 per bbl couldn't budge the share price. I think our only hope is a hostile takeover from some company/organization who has as a priority the growth of the company and the welfare of the shareholders somewhere in their top 25.  Right now we are so close to the bottom as to be unrecognizable.....and the Market is clearly indicating that it does not expect that to change any time soon.

On the up side - management and the BoDare getting richer and richer.
