RE:RE:RE:RE:trading halted for newsIt's for the close. It's not a weak reason. Before they announce anything else, they must close the BD. That is because underwriters in these agreements have an "out" in case of material changes, so companies don't risk it and customarily withhold any material change announcements. Once the BD is behind us (today), more interesting news can start coming out.
