Means that they won’t let it go and it is a bit of a lifeline.

problem is that if they have to fund the development ($200m or so?) in this manner, it is an extra $400m of debt accrual.

If it is limited to cash calls on d6, it doesnt do much for keeping the heat and light on in the overall operation, should the other income streams fade away.

On the topic of income streams...sure could use that Bangladesh money, but I expect nothing happens until the corruption claims in Bangladesh play out with the icsid tribunal ultimately defering to that decision and if that is the case, I don’t expect much.  But I can’t say I really understand how the icsid functions as they have been silent since August 2017 and the last statement indicates there were some submittals...but no comment or assessment since?  That seems unreasonable to me.
