Employee reviews from glassdoor.ca

  1. "It had so much potential"

Former Employee - Business Professional in Manchester, NH (US)

    Doesn't Recommend

    Negative Outlook

    Disapproves of CEO

    I worked at TSO3 full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Salary and Benefits were above average due to the fact the USA HQ office is oddly located in Myrtle Beach. How are you able to lure engineers, medical professionals, scientists and other talent away from their prior stable employers in big cities and bring them to the beach where no other opportunities exist for them otherwise? Money.

    Cons

Management was the worst I've seen in my 35 year career: misguided, not synchronized, bad decisions, no follow thru, easily distracted, unfocused, reactive, hostile, back-stabbing, constant job-loss paranoia, spent an obscene amount of money constantly changing directions.

    Advice to Management

Retire. Let suits with talent actually run the company in a mature manner. Stop wasting money. Cooperate with each other. Fix the hostile environment.

    I worked at TSO3 full-time

    Pros

Great, innovative product that they manufacturer - truly can change the industry. Job is always changing & can be exciting. Easy access to upper management & full team because it is a small company

    Cons

A 20-year old "start-up." Leadership tends to be driven emotionally. There is no focus on culture or individual growth. Management does not change with the times - stubborn in traditional thinking on how to run a business. Very reactive company rather than proactive. Does not focus on future issues until it hits them in the face & then puts a unrealistic deadline on new projects that often results in poor … Show More

    Advice to Management

Focus on your people and the process with take care of itself.

Invest in your capable people & hear their ideas, share their stories, show appreciation in some form every day. You will not grow strong if you can not keep good people.
