Time to Spin Off AAA HeidelbergNow that a license is in place, it's a great time for PUF to sell this little facility off to another party. As it is only around 10,000 square feet, you don't want this to be a distraction of time and effort. I'm sure another boutique producer would be interested in adding to their licensed holdings.
All effort needs to be put onto getting the license for the Delta Greenhouse and getting it into production. This is what DOCC really wants, not the 10,000 sq ft AAA facility. The DOCC deal will go through as the opportunity is so great. The license will eventually be issued. As a propogation facility, the Delta Greenhouse will actually be supplying many of the large producers with custom seedlings that are ready to grow. Houweling has been doing this with great success for years in the tomato industry. The final payment of the DOCC agreement in March 2019 is for operational expenses. This is when full production will begin. Don't even need the license until then. Once they are in full production, I would expect the share price to be up at $6, and probably even multiples of that.
Once Delta is licensed, then move on to the Australia project. It has a longer time frame, but will eventually progress as well.
