its nothing negative at all, in this situation i think its a fair question to adres thats all. im not familiar with this kind of deals thats it....LOI price set. i only would like to know if the LOI is included with the license company. I think thats why they made the DEAL already included with the license and that explains the 30mil right? im not scared about other possibilitys i like to be prepared and im not scares of skeletons in my closet
