RE:Higher Interest Rate Good or Bad

RE:Higher Interest Rate Good or BadActually I sort of recall Steve King mentioning in one of the past cc that as the rates rise (not overly of course), it's an advantage for them, which makes sense imo. It makes other forms of borrowing cost relatively more expensive compared to the standard range of premiums they charge (or I guess they can charge on the higher side).

In terms of prospect, I really believe they will have at least one more deployment before end of year. I would also guess it might be around the 30 - 50 mil mark if not more.
Last cc they mentioned they had about $200 mil available for deployment and I think it was the CFO that said they needed all the powder they have...

So with the latest deployments totalling around $100 mil, that leaves a potential $100 mil they could still deploy, so 30 - 50 mil deployment I'd think would have a fairly good chance.

I'm holding and with the recent sell off I just added some more as I feel the risk to reward ratio is pretty good esp with a great div that I consider safe.
Personally I'd give it a year end target of $22 - $24 if the broad market doesn't go off another cliff like it did in the past week.
