Yes clearly that is the objective of all small cap biotechs that burn through a ton of money. Hit milestones, price goes up, raise more money, repeat. I would love to see them raise $10m at a buck. If they do start to get some good results they are going to need a lot of dough. If you wanna turn your dirty side chick into a supermodel you need lots of cash.
