You can read the entire document here:
https://webfiles.thecse.com/investorx/THC/1810041556429116.pdf?lff9I.VKBbBn9oFrZ9A7MlzRBDZVY4Gh In particular, look at Item 10 - Certification. Note that It says in CAPITALS AND BOLD "It is an offence to make a misrepresentation in this report". Look carefully at Item 10. Which field is blank?
Use this link https://gyazo.com/42dc6a196ab3cb55e39b685f9b6b8fcc or click here: to see Item 10.
Within Item 10, there is a section called FULL LEGAL NAME. Pay careful attention - the same section starts with the notice that "It is an Offence to make a misrepresentation in this report".
So the CEO of THC Biomed is representing that his FULL LEGAL NAME Is John Miller. Why?
Because the box for Secondary Given Names is BLANK.
So in my opinion, that means one of two things:
1. John Miller truly has no secondary or middle given name
2. He is deliberately omitting his secondary or middle name, and in so doing may have committed an offense
How many of you reading this post have ONLY a first and last name? No middle name?
How many people reading this post right now know someone with only 2 names? Do you have a friend or family member with only 2 names?
It seems very unusual to me that someone only has a first and last name. How many people reading this post have filled out any official document recently, like a passport application, a driver's license application, and left out your midddle or secondary given names?
Yet John "Mystery Man" Miller does that on a document that indicates that IF he has a middle name, he may have committed an offense by leaving that box blank on this document.
Look at the next section: ITEM 11 - CONTACT PERSON. What is the contact person's name? Erin
Anne Stephens. OMG, a middle name! Can you believe it? But in Section 10, no middle name, just John (BLANK) Miller.
Just ask yourselves, as THC investors, do you believe that the CEO of this company has no middle name?
If you find that unlikely, then ask yourself why was that box left blank on this form, even at the risk of committing an offense?
In my opinion, this is part of a consistent pattern of behaviour on the part of the CEO of THC Biomed, to make it virtually impossible to discover anything about his past, and when I see that consistent pattern, I have to ask myself, and I think everyone should ask themselves before you put your hard-earned cash into this company's stock, WHY??????
Same point, we all know that John Miller's wife, the CFO of THC Biomed, went through a bankruptcy prior to the formation of THC Biomed. Why do we know that? Did they volunteer that information? No, we only know because that information is required on one of the documents that's required prior to forming a corporation in BC, or getting a listing on the CSE. I dont remember exactly which document, but the information definitely appears, and can be found today, in one of the documents that was filed during the startup of THC Biomed as a publicly traded corporation. If I spent 20 minutes now, I could find that document again, I've seen it myself, but it used to be common knowledge amongst long-term THC investors. Bashers of THC used to use the CFO's bankruptcy as ammunition to bash the company, and pumpers tried to underplay its importance.
Hey Traderx11, you're allegedly an expert on discovering people's identities on this board, right? You say you know Silver's educational background, net worth, all kinds of good stuff. So here's a challenge for you, and the starting point should be easier than trying to find out the identity of someone anonymous on Stockhouse. You can start with John Miller's first and last name, and you his occupation. We even know they live in the Kelowna area, maybe West Kelowna, but somewhere in the Okanagan region for sure. With all of that, how about you turn your sleuthing skills to work on this problem, and try to discover just one thing about John Miller?
1. A middle name
2. Educational background, post-secondary schools attended
3. Previous work history, companies started
4. Memberships in professional or business associations
5. Appearances at conferences, workshops, seminars
This doesn't concern anyone, eh? No one cares? You're all prepared to put your hard-earned money into the stock of a company whose CEO seems to have a deliberate intent to provide absolutely no background information on himself. That's OK with all of you?
Maybe someone should send an e-mail to the contact person on this form? Her name is Erin Anne Stephens. She's a Paralegal Practicum Student at Owen Bird Law Corporation. Her email address is estephens@owenbird.com - she even provides a phone number.
If I were invested in THC, I might write to Erin and say,
Dear Erin,
On October 4, 2018 a Record of Exempt Distributution (Form 45-106F1) was published on SEDAR's website by THC Biomed International Ltd. I am concerned that certain key information on Form 45-106F1 was omitted. In Item 10, the full legal name of the person completing the form is required and it is stated that "It is an offence to make a misrepresentation on this report". The name that was provided on the form is that of the President, Chief Executive Officer John Miller, with no secondary or middle name. Can you please confirm that the report contains no misrepresentation and that the full legal name of the CEO and President of THC Biomed is actually "John MIller", with no secondary or middle name?
Thank you.
