Where are we? What's going on?

Where are we? What's going on?

After silently watching this for a while, I am a bit confused.
While I am bullish, I also like to bring up some elements here to consider for a not so temporarily bullish setting

  • Haywood has been cited by the Financial Post, being conservative at best with hopes for more gold.
  • In same FP article Keiko Hattori, a professor at the University of Ottawa’s Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences, also calms down expectations: Not necessarily more gold to be found.
  • In same FP article Kevin Small is quoted to expect 'only' $280M gold, not more than $1B over time?
  • Kaiser, we remember on MIF, gave the 1 year timeline to prove more gold
  • Company wants to be listed on Australian exchange as well, costs? Using same shares or some new subset ADR?
Now company pushed a bullish Selby video out Friday - was that a stock promotion?
We were at risk of losing support, this was the second Friday push up - while stock has dipping otherwise.

Eric Sprott on Friday also calmed down enthusiasm in a similar direction

I also visited the Beta Hunt mine that’s owned by RNC Minerals. That’s the one where they came out and said they think they’ll find 30-35000oz in the Father’s Day Vein. They’ve subsequently come out and said it looks like this thing extends quite a bit further, but there’s no tangible results going along the sedimentary structure that they have found more yet. Not that they have drilled it by the way, so we can’t expect anything yet. If this comes together, there is a lot of structure to be mined down there. I mean, they have 8 km of structure. The sedimentary zone goes through the whole 8 km. We don’t know how well it’s going to be endowed. It’s not going to be like the Father’s Day Vein, because that would just be impossible that something would be that great. It’s unheard of the amount of oz they pulled out of there in such a short time. We’ll have to stand by and see if they can do a little drilling and then prove that this thing will have multi-oz potential along the strike of the pyritic zone. But I think there’s reason to be optimistic on that front

So what is going on here where even Eric is calming down expectations in line w/ Haywood, the minerals Professor and so forth?

Has the volume be this high on a natural cause? Natural trading patterns since the finding?

Warrants and Options have been converted almost, so a promotion would have been over already. But we still see high volume.

Hope the share count stays in range and the 3Q18 numbers and NR will support our cause.
Just a little critical stuff to consider within our enthusiastic ways :)
