Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Freelunch and Rock 2 months agoThe CSE listimg shows that past private sales of the shares, were in range of 20-30 cents, putting the market cap at around $10-15 M.  If this is the company we merge with, then they are of a similar market cap as us.  I’m still of opinion, that the strategy is a sale of addiction business  of around 1.5x sales....moving BLVD to a market cap of around $50M.  Cash then gets redeployed to this new company and expands their current plans for more licensing of their products.   Not sure how our shares are redeployed into Cannamerica, but thinking investors can get out after BLVD sale or continue to be in new company at whatever the arrangement is for the shares.   at any rate...personally a 20 cent or higher deal is good for me.
