RE:RE:John stewart

RE:RE:John stewartYou may have missed it, but John Stewart is not "leaving Emblem". He is continuing his role on the board of directors, and very much will still be a part of the company.

From the news release from October 11th:

"Mr. Stewart will oversee the Division in an advisory capacity and will remain a member of Emblem’s Board of Directors".

One of the "purposes" from the Management Information Circular posted October 10th:

"to fix the number of directors of the Corporation to be elected at the Meeting at seven (7)"

How many directors are up for nomination, you may find yourself asking? Why...exactly 7, one of whom is John Stewart.

He was already functioning in mostly an advisory capacity as the President of the Medical Division, now it is just in black and white. In addition, there is someone actively filling the role: Wayne Kreppner. Say what you want about Wayne, but it is disingenuous/incorrect to state that John Stewart is leaving the company.
