Couple of Questions

Couple of Questions  On Friday, after watching Namaste for a few months, I took the plunge and bought 20,000@$2.26.

 Nice to see that this board has cleaned up considerably.

 1) Is the 15,000,000 unit deal with Eight Capital and Cannacord a Done Deal?? ... or do they have some “wiggle room”?

 2)What is the status of Namaste being listed on NASDAQ?
