Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Maybe I need new glasses but I don't see a NR on this sale on the GRB website. Maybe they issued one and its sitting on SEDAR. I didn't check.

I went back to the MD&A and the disposition of a 50% interest in Tehachapi for 10,687,500 is described at the end of the description of Tehachapi. I found out last week that this Captiva Land "PWR" is a land development entity but listed as a life sciences co per the CSE. This means that it will (eventually) include cannabis. I asked if the idea was to grow cannabis in Tehachapi?? and he said not it is an international cannabis deal that they are working on. I know nothing more than that.

I did buy a really small amount just because, but i"m not a cannabis investor. Unfortunatley, I guess.
