farmboy75, good points. Is anyone else seeing what I am - Austalian miners are more transparent and shareholder oriented?

Currently I am rotating out of some North American miners and moving into Aussie miners more so for this reason.

Almost accross the board, Canadian mining companies seem to have a good ole boys club where the boys running the company get such a sweet deal at the expense of shareholders like us.

It looks like this is one of the major reasons many people stay away from junior mining companies.
